Serves 4 to 6
1 lb. Hamburger ground beef
2.5 cu macaroni pasta
1 cup satori burgundy cheese, Cheever cheese, and parmesan cheese cubed
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs mayo
1 tbs mustard
In medium sauce pan place on medium high and place meat in pan.
In quart pot bring 5 cu water to boil and insert pasta.
Cook pasta till tender throughout.
Add your salt, pepper, and paprika and cook until there is no visable pink.
Strain the water from your cooked pasta and add to your cooked beef and then add your cheese stirring well to melt cheeses.
Add your mustard and mayo.
Garnish with spring mix salad, tomatoes, pickles and onions!
