Serves 4 to 6
3 sausage links 6 “precooked (beef)
1/2 head green cabbage
8 sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
2/3 cup rains
2 0z soy sauce
Olives and red peppers
Heat your medium sauce pan to med high and add your sundries tomatoes and 2 Oz of olive oil from tomatoes.
Cut cabbage 4 x down the back of cabbage.
Then thinly slice again to create perfect mouth sized cabbage.
Quickly add to pan.
Thinly slice your sausage ( beef) and add to pan.
At last throw your 2/3 cu raisins and soy sauce and stir.
Saute for 5 to 7 minutes until the cabbage has a glossy appearance and sausage is heated.
Garnish with olives and red peppers.
