Avacados aren’t always perfect and in this recipe I heal these beaten avacados into beautiful life through this guacamole salad.
Oh, how I love mac and cheese but not just cheese and mac. This is my ode to hummus and Mac . I made this recipe fit for 2 but you can multiply and make it for as many as you like.
About a cup of uncooked pasta
2 1/2 tbls hummus
1/2 cu dry port cheddar
1 tbls butter unsalted
Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium pot boil 2.5 cu water.
Cook pasta on high about 12 to 15 minutes until pasta is tender and drain.
Add all your ingredients and incorporate well.
Top with your favorite chili paste for an added flavor extravaganza !
